Bangkok Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation and Ai-Conditioning 2019 (RHVAC 2019) held during 25th – 28th September 2019 is a trade fair in Bangkok concerning parts, materials, services, tools and equipment for air-conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and ventilation.
In this year, Thermedez has an opportunity to exhibit our concept of “Zero breakdown” in after-sales services by integrating our digital innovation (such as big data and IoT) with refrigeration technology to create Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Thermedez monitoring system. This system will automatically alert Thermedez technicians when the machine is not operated at its standard level. Our concept is to “Get it fixed before failure”. Thus, minimizing customer’s operational costs such as maintenance cost, sales opportunity loss and breakdown time.
